If am item is on the website, then there was at least one in stock when posted. We will gladly make you another one once that one is sold (custom orders take one to two weeks to hand-craft). We can also make the item just as you see it on the website, or we are always open to requested changes, like making a loop in gold-fill or making a bracelet or ring in a smaller or larger size to fit you just how you like it!
